The Future of Transnistria and Nagorno-Karabakh: Regional Cooperation as a Tool for Conflict Transformation with Sándor Köles, Richard von Weizsäcker Fellow, Robert Bosch Academy
Under the impression of recent developments in the region the round table seeks to share and discuss the results of a one-year field research and related policy recommendation on the role of regional and cross-border cooperation to mitigate the so called “frozen conflict” in Transnistria and Nagorno-Karabakh prepared by the Prague based Institute for Stability and Development’s (ISD) expert team led by Petr Vagner, ISD Director, and Sándor Köles. The project was supported by the International Visegrad Fund.
