This transatlanic policy workshop will bring together policy-makers and experts from Europe and the US, including senior experts from Brookings Institution, Richard von Weizsäcker Fellows of the Robert Bosch Academy, and leading experts from other institutions in Berlin, to exchange about current transatlantic policy challenges.
The workshop will consist of two sessions: The 1st session will deal with the Russian invasion of Ukraine, NATO, and the future of the European security order. The 2nd session will cover challenges from China and the middle powers. A dinner with discussion focused on the state and direction of transatlantic relations in the context of the next U.S. presidential election will follow.
The workshop will be held under Chatham House Rule. Participation is by invitation only.
