In a conversation with Members of the German Parliament, the French expert on security François Heisbourg will speak about his perception of the attacks in Paris on January 7, 2015 and about his expectations towards the medium and long term effects of the attacks on France and on Europe. François Heisbourg is a Fellow of the Robert Bosch Academy since January 12, 2015. Among other positions, he has consulted the French Presidents Sarkozy and Hollande in national security issues.
